I’m not sure I would want to do vigorous activity in this bra tho ugh, as the fabric can get itchy/chaffy and doesn’t offer any real support under pressure. I would say it’s ideal fo r lounging around and/or sleeping in, or if you don’t want to cup your boobs as you trot up and down stairs.
